CHECK IN INFORMATION

 

We will mail you check in information a few days before your arrival. Please note that payments must be paid in full and contract must be returned before we can email you instructions. 

 

WiFi CODE, HOUSE PHONE NUMBER

 

The WiFi network name and password along with the house phone number is located at the house. 

 

WHAT TOILETRIES DO I BRING? 

 

We provide dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, 1 rolls of paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper and bar of soap in each bathroom. If you need more than what is provided, a list of nearby grocery stores is provided for you on the kitchen counter.

 

CAN I WALK TO DISNEYLAND FROM ANAHEIM PROPERTIES

 

Absolutely. All our Anaheim homes are across the street and walking distance to Disneyland. Walking across the street will save you $16 per day in parking fees. 

 

THINGS BREAK

 

We can not guarantee that everything in the house will work all of the time. If you notice a problem, please CALL US IMMEDIATELY so we can do our best to rectify the problem. No refunds will be given for failure of household items. If you have paid a pool heating fee, call us immediately so we can check the problem. No pool heating fee refund will be issued if we are not notified about the problem immediately. We are also not responsible for service provider outages (cable, phone, wifi, etc) 

 

POOL HEATER FOR ANAHEIM HOMES

 

The pool heater is set to come on twice per day September to May - between 7:00am to 2:00pm and 5:00pm to 8:00pm. The temperature is set for 80º for those months. 80º is not bath water and may feel refreshing at first. The temperature will drop throughout the night and may not be 80º first thing in the morning.

 

WHERE DO WE PARK

 

There is plenty of free parking. Anaheim property 1 has driveway parking for 2 cars and curbside permit parking, Anaheim property 2 has driveway parking for 2 cars and curbside permit parking, Anaheim property 3 has driveway parking for 3-4 and curbside parking. Irvine also has a 2 car garage parking. If you need a permit for Anahaiem, you have to notify us. Without permit, you will be ticketed. 

 

MURALS

Please watch your children around the murals. Even though they have the cutest little fingers, we don't want their signatures over the murals.

 

PEST CONTROL FOR ANAHEIM PROPERTIES

 

All of our homes have regular monthly pest control service. With that, you may still run into a spider/bug/ant, etc. They can enter the home anytime in-between service. By having regular monthly service, we promise we are doing our best to keep unwelcomed guests out and our homes as bug-free as possible. We also ask you to do your part by not leaving food out, crumbs all over the place or leave dirty dishes with food for days on the counter and in the sink. 

 

WE FORGOT SOMETHING AT THE HOUSE AFTER WE CHECKED OUT

 

Our cleaning service reports any items found that are left behind and we will contact you to make arrangements for their return. *Please note we are not responsible for items left behind in our homes. We will do our best to find and return anything found (you will need to pay shipping); however, please do your best to check-over the home before leaving.

 

DO I HAVE TO CLEAN BEFORE I LEAVE

 

We ask that you take all trash, including bathroom trash, out to trash cans. Please have all dishes cleaned and put away. Put all toys and books away and furniture back in its place.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK

 

We refund deposits within 2 weeks of departure date in the same way you made the payment. If you mailed a check, you will receive a check. If you paid online, we will refund online the same way.
